One Year Warranty
Product Warranty will become effective from the delivery date. If our product develops a fault within one year, we will offer free repairing to you. If defective within 7 days, we will replace it and be responsible for the shipping cost from our place to yours.
However, the warranty does not cover any damages or malfunction resulting from misuse, faulty voltage supply, accident, repairs, etc.

 1) If defective within 7 days (count from delivery date, not human-caused faulty), you could return it to us for replacement.
2) If defective between 8 days and 1 year, we will offer free repairing service.
3) In warranty period, the buyer and seller are responsible for 1 way of shipping cost respectively. We will pay for the shipping from our place to yours while buyer should pay the return cost.
4) If we have checked but found the item is working fine, the buyer should pay for 2 ways of shipping cost.

Most of the problems are because of misuse or incorrect installation. PLEASE check carefully before sending the item(s) back as we will not be responsible for any shipping cost if we find the product is not faulty as you described. THE RIGHT TO JUDGE THE DEFECTIVENESS IS FROM OUR TECHNICIAN'S REPORT. Mail us before you sending out the product(s).

One Year Guarantee
As we send back the defective item to our factory, it normally takes time. It depends on the complexity of the technical problem. Please be patient during the time for repairing.
We recommend our buyers to install all of our products by professional installer and check before installation. Installation fee is NOT included if replacement or repairing is taken. 
 
Damaged cases:
We check all our items before sending out. If you received a broken item, please keep all the package material, take photos and send to us immediately. We only accept these cases reported within 7 days since delivered date. We will help you to claim damage to the courier.
 

The item's warranty becomes invalid:
(1) If damaged is caused by: Undue wear & tear, dirt, misused, improper installation or operation, neglect, accident.
1 year's warranty

(2) If the warranty seal is removed or damaged.
(3) If the item was opened, removed any parts of the item or repaired by unauthorized person.
